=MID-CENTURY MODERN HOME=

Circa 1965

— Design Brief —

This home, our client’s childhood home, involved a complete interior renovation and redesign of 4,200 square feet of space. The project included all the main floor living space, as well as the exterior entry design, and basement.
Suzanne M Rogers Interiors was responsible for all finishes including flooring, solid surfaces, tile, interior and exterior paint palette; the electrical and lighting plans; budget-friendly window treatments; hardware and plumbing fixtures; kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room design; refinishing of existing furnishings; restoring client’s artworks; purchasing and procuring new furnishings, lighting, accessories, and artwork.
Upon completion of construction, the final phase included installation of the new furnishings and integrating them with the sentimental family pieces that were restored and kept. The result: the client’s childhood home that retains its original architectural design and is welcoming, warm, and current.
