Design Method

Suzanne M Rogers Interiors, a full-service boutique interior architecture and design firm, specializes in commercial and residential projects; new construction; remodels; renovations; and expert color palette design. The full-service design method SMR Interiors offers enables us to manage your projects from initial concept through to completion—designing your home or business to the final detail.
The design process includes three defined parts of the project—conceptual design; detailed design; and procurement, purchasing, and implementation. We offer flat fee design plans for those who wish to know specifically what they will be investing in their project. Occasionally, we work on an hourly fee basis. For those clients who do not wish to engage in our full-service design, we offer packages that may be more appropriate for their project. When we create a design plan for our clients we take in all the parameters—the aesthetic, space, budget, and ultimate function. From initial consultation through concepts; design development; procurement of furnishings; managing the different trades; and final installation, we are supervising the job every step of the way, so that our clients can concentrate on their family or business without having to be concerned with the details of the project. 
After an initial discovery call, we send you our New Client Packet via email. After we receive your completed New Client Packet an in-person, one-hour complimentary consultation will follow to clarify your specific requirements and answer any additional questions. Based on the information you provide, an Agreement is composed. When the Agreement is signed and the retainer paid, our partnership begins.
