=full-service FEE SCHEDULES=

Our flat fee schedules are available in three tiers, “Unforgettable,” “Masterful,” and “Notable,” depending on the scope of design services required and rendered. Suzanne M Rogers Interiors fee is calculated and established based on the anticipated design time and the total square footage of the project.
Since every project has its unique requirements as does every client, after our initial consultation with our client the specific scope of design services is defined, a flat fee is determined. Customarily, the flat fee payment schedule is divided into four equal payments, and will be outlined in the Agreement.
