— Design Brief —
Interior design for a penthouse loft, formerly a Woolworth's Store & Executive Offices, for a single, professional, southern gentleman. The client’s design preference was Industrial chic, neutrals, comfortable, warm and welcoming for friends, family, and his loyal pet dog. Personalized furniture included a custom built hand crafted hardwood dining table and made to order upholstered pieces. Fine bed linens, funky accessories, accents of mixed metals and materials all made for an eclectic, classic, timeless, downtown loft home for a professional bachelor who loves music, dogs, and living in the city.
